Raccoon Hunters is Raccoon Soft's own recruitment product — built, operated, and continuously improved by our team. It's an IT talent sourcing platform that helps tech companies across Europe and Asia find pre-vetted engineering talent. As an in-house product, it's also our proving ground for new tooling and AI-assisted workflows.
We wanted to build a recruitment product that was genuinely useful — not another job board, but a sourcing tool with AI-assisted candidate matching, interview scheduling, and CRM-style pipeline management. The constraint: it had to be built alongside client delivery work, not instead of it.
We used it as a real-world testbed for our AI development practices. Candidate matching uses embeddings-based similarity search. The pipeline view is a Kanban built in React with real-time updates. All job posting, candidate tracking, and outreach happens inside the platform.
