Next Consulting
IT consulting and digital transformation for mid-market businesses.
Next Consulting is a Bulgarian IT consultancy helping mid-market businesses with digital transformation initiatives. They brought Raccoon Soft in to provide development capacity and technical leadership on client-facing projects where deep engineering expertise was required.
The challenge
Next Consulting frequently won consulting engagements where the client expected both strategy and hands-on delivery — but the firm's internal team was primarily advisory. They needed a reliable dev partner who could execute, not just plan.
Our solution
We act as the delivery arm for Next Consulting's higher-complexity engagements. Depending on project scope, we provide 1–3 developers who integrate directly into the client's workflow. We've delivered across web platforms, internal tooling, and data pipeline projects.
Key deliverables
- →Built internal HR management platform for a Bulgarian retail chain (Node.js + Vue)
- →Delivered ERP integration layer for a logistics firm (REST + SOAP bridge, Java)
- →Developed customer portal for a financial services client (Next.js + Supabase)
- →Provided technical due diligence for 2 M&A transactions
