An AI- and ML-driven automated recruitment platform.
HRaccoon is Raccoon Soft's own product. It automates recruitment using AI and machine learning. It started as an internal tool for hiring IT specialists and grew into a standalone commercial product.
The challenge
Reduce the manual work recruiters do at every stage of the funnel — from drafting job requirements to initial candidate screening — while improving selection accuracy.
Our solution
The platform covers the full hiring cycle: job postings with auto-generated requirements, resume screening by a neural network trained on successfully hired specialists, candidate matching from a text or voice description of the project, analysis of professional activity on GitHub, GitLab, Stack Overflow, and Reddit, and verification of resume and education claims.
